Our Biology

Our philosophy is that not all bacteria are equal and it is a scientific fact that certain strains are more capable in certain applications than others.

The strains in our products have been scientifically validated and verified and selected specifically for the application, rather than being generic bacteria.  We have carried out extensive research into strain optimisation and our ongoing R&D programs quantify the capabilities of many different bacteria; we can unequivocally demonstrate the effectiveness of the bacterial strains present in Biotal Marine products compared to competitors.

All of the bacteria used in our biological products are fermented  and processed in our own facility; we therefore have complete control over product quality at all stages of the production process.

Our expertise in eco-benign^® chemistry ensures that our biology is optimised to its fullest potential as all of the components in our products work to enhance the biological action of our bacteria.
